Description
Promotion of education and training of those who are interested in country life, home skills, family welfare and citizenship. To promote, preserve and develop Scotland's traditions, rural heritage and culture.

Meetings take place once per month, every 2nd Monday of the month from September to April, in the Vidlin Public Hall from 7.30pm - 10pm. (Hall hire £15 per night & expenses (£10 - £20) paid to visiting speaker. Annual outing in June/July to places of interest in Shetland.
