Age Concern (Lerwick) Branch
Age Concern offer a free support service to the elderly in Shetland, and also provide a social club in the Freefield Centre weekly from October to April.

Recreation, leisure and social activities for the elderly of Bressay. Main arena Bressay Hall and sheltered accommodation at Glebe Park.

Out Skerries Senior Citizens Club
We organise a Christmas Dinner with a small gift for the senior citizens in Skerries.
Sandsting & Aithsting Over Sixty Fives
Summer outing and Christmas Dinner, entertainment for approximately 120 members.
Scalloway and District 50+ Club
Games afternoon in Scalloway Public Hall on Wednesdays. Monthly lunches and summer outings. £2 per session. We play scrabble, 500 and indoor carpet bowls.

Club for retired professional and business people who meet once a month to have a chat and listen to talks by guest speakers.  Outings during the summer months.
South Mainland Community Association
SMCA runs monthly meeting for the senior citizens from Levenwick/Bigton down to Sumburgh. SMCA also own and maintain the sportsfield at Boddom.
Tingwall and Girlsta Senior Citizens Club

An over 65 club that meets on Thursdays (2pm - 4pm) during term time. We swim, play scrabble, try carpet bowls, and do crafts. All activities take place at the Leisure Centre, transport available...
